I'm quite impressed with them. I've received £40 in 9 months, with £29 pending (£15 of which is a TV survey). I keep a note of what surveys I do and when, and I've found they all get paid within a month. Sometimes they disappear from the pending list just before the money gets added, so it can look like you're missing out if you check at just the wrong time.
I do occasionally go through quite a few questions before getting rejected, but only on the surveys run though VO by another company. It's not a con, just lazy programming.
Also, I always go for Amazon vouchers. You get them instantly and there's always something there I want - I used my last vouchers on a bike lock and my next will go on an iPod speaker.0 -
I agree. I think they are having us on, they get the information they want and then say I don't qualify after I have already answered pages worth of questions. Of the surveys I have managed to complete, they have only credited me for one! I have just unsubscribed!
I find Brainjuicer is the worst,i just click off them now.0 -

I remember loads of people really posative about brain juicer- am so glad I am not alone- I HATE IT! Its the red colour, the predictable questions, the strange faces and the fact that the options given never actually represent the way you feel about the item in question.0 -
I have been on VO since end October and have made about £10 a month so far but I haven't had any invites in the last 10 days or so which is unusual, I usually get one a day.0

They told me some story about having problems with A company they get the tesco vouchers from or something!. Shall email again tomorrow to see what is taking so long. The last voucher also took about 3 months to arrive.
I have been with these guys since they were called the mobilechannel and joined right from the beginning. used to make £10 every month but in 2008 got not a single survey for some strange reason for the whole year. And made only about £35 last year.
Not sure what has happened with this company as they were the best for a while.
still waiting for the diary survey of £10 as its still pending. Also am positive a £2 survey has disapeared from my balance. Am going to start writing down exactly how many surveys and rewards that am doing.
Still not vouchers through the door. What a surprise! Emailed AGAIN on monday and they replied tuesday morning and said would send me the november 1 straight away "no mention of the january 1! but still not here!
Also have just read another person wrote that their rewards disapear. Just proves that they must be doing this to loads of other folk also0 -

What a surprise still not here! This is pathetic now. Am starting to wonder if this company is having financial difficulty0 -
Just checked my pending credits, and I've noticed they've started putting ID numbers next to the surveys. This is going to make it a lot easier to track when surveys pay out, especially when I have several surveys with the same title (at the moment I have 3 that are labelled as "Entertainment").0
-
I've noticed that. But I just screenshot my statement every time I complete a survey so I know what I am owed - I suppose if you have 3 x entertainment that are £1 each you won't know which one is which without the numbers.
I have never had credits vanish. There is a bug in the totalling software where sometimes the total displayed is not the total of all the pending credits, but it corrects after a couple of days.
I don't think they are having financial difficulty, I think they are just very disorganised. I always go for the amazon vouchers though so no waiting around.0 -

Looks as though your problem with the voucher is because it is a Tesco voucher.
I ordered an M&S one on 3 Jan and it arrived towards the end of January.
What about asking them to send you a different voucher if there is a problem with their supplier?0 -
To be fair when i order paper vouchers they usually arrive within a week, having said ive just got an amazon voucher for a change!:beer:2016 Money challenge - £2900
