They are talking about Mums Opinions, which is run by Research Now.
Mums Opinions is shutting down.
VO is not.

I actually emailed them about this and said I was already a member of Valued Opinions and could I transfer my money across even though it was less than £10. They emailed me today and asked my childrens ages, I emailed them again and now have received an email stating they will transfer monies across within the next week. Really pleased..there is hope!!

I got that same email off them - email them back and get them to transfer it into your Valued Opinions account, or if you don't have one, they can set you one up. I had £9.50 in my Mums Opinions account for the past year or more, but they've now transfered it into VO for me

A word though, you have to be persistent with emailing them as they are pretty useless at responding.
