Valued Opinions are usually very good at crediting and despatching vouchers, but I have noticed recently that it is taking much, much longer than 28 days for credits to be awarded. Some of my ammounts have been static for over two months. I have emailed them regarding this, but have not had a reply yet. Anyone else noticing Toluna-like delays?
Yep, I was waiting over a month for a couple of mine to be credited which was a pain as I only needed 50p for my next £10. However, don't forget this includes the Christmas period and I have a feeling a lot of these sorts of sites were running on skeleton staff (if staffed at all) over the holiday period. So long as they are showing as "pending" I don't worry too much.

I'm still waiting for a pending credit for £1.50 from July 2009!!

I know they wait for the survey to end but 6 months???

About £10 worth of surveys are pending and I'm sure they do it so you keep with them. It is very frustrating.

It has been quite the reverse for me - I have found the pending ones have been credited to my account quite quickly.

My problem is get screened out fairly regularly but did manage £60 vouchers last year. In 2010 waiting for a £10 already redeemed and almost at the next £10.

Have you asked them about the very old survey on your account - perhaps there was a hiccup on your account.

I was told last week by my sister, she got an email off mums opinions to say they were closing down their site and if you didnt have £10 you would loose your reward. Its took me 2 years to get £8.50 so Im annoyed about this. Is there anything I can do? Ive not even had the email!

Well no one on here has been told that- there are many many members on here and no one has that info, maybe your mum got confused with another survey site?
