I always opt for Amazon vouchers and they are always more or less instantly delivered by email. I once selected a HMV voucher by mistake, and this took a couple of days to be delivered. I've been using Valued Opinions for around 4 years now and I've received £350 worth of vouchers in that time period.

Valued Opinions are usually very good at crediting and despatching vouchers, but I have noticed recently that it is taking much, much longer than 28 days for credits to be awarded. Some of my ammounts have been static for over two months. I have emailed them regarding this, but have not had a reply yet. Anyone else noticing Toluna-like delays?

I ordered 2 Tesco vouchers on the 2nd December and haven't received them yet.

Have put down the delays to the recent holidays. Generally VO are pretty quick to send out vouchers, hoping they will arrive soon.

These are two of the reasons I gave up on VO, the main reason was regularly being dumped from the survey 75% of the way through. (No problems at all with other companies btw, so it's not like I'm really peculiar! )

I ordered a tesco voucher on 3rd dec and not received yet either. Since requesting it my total doesn't seem to be going up very much at all even though I am completing a fair few surveys right to the end.

Hi

Thank you for your email. We use a mailing company that usually delivers vouchers within 28 days. There are currently delays to this usual time frame as the Mailing Company had to reorder more stock. They will be catching up with all deliveries this month
