I've always said..tenants and owner occupiers should not be mixed.
I also always say, good fences make good neighbours.Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

I didn't mention this before as it wasn't relevent to the garden/fence situaltion, but I suppose it is as you asked
You don't seem to get very far being subtle, so I'd go for the other approach personally.
Could you climb into their garden unannounced to retrieve a chainsaw/hammer/drill you lobbed over?I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care
Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair0 -
Make sure fence is well secure and get a big dog that will teach them
Or get a killer bunny as in Monty python

Bang some tintacks through the fence in the area where they kick the ball...For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0

we looked up hours that are considered reasonable online (that is, reasonable in the eyes of councils, police etc) and found 8-8 all week. However we try to keep to 10-7.
NeverInDebt, sounds like a plan, 1000 ninja plastic ponies would be enough to scare off any narky neighbours! Did you google me, or do I know you? Please excuse my bad spelling and missing letters-I post here using either my iPhone or rathr rubbishy netbook, neither of whch have excellent keyboards! Sorry!0 -
We do have a side passage, with a gate that isn't locked,
Having an unlocked side gate is never a good idea.1 -
It will be a lockable gate eventually, but at the moment we are channelling as much moolah as possible into the house, this doesn't really have much bearing on our problem though.
Plus the camera makes it pretty secure
