any payg phones where "unknown" caller can be blocked

any mobile payg phones where anonymous calls can be blocked?

on home phone "with held numbers" are blocked does anyone know if mobiles have the same?

You can get software for smartphone to block any kind of call. But there are no phones that'll do it as standard.

if i buy one does it come with the software to block "cold calls"

A smartphone is one that runs programmes. HTC, iPhone, most of the higher end touch screen phones.

They won't come with the software, you'd have to buy it or find it for free somewhere.

There's a thread about just that a page or so down...

is there any software i can d/l for my samsung e250 phone that will block with held numbers calling

or do i have buy a new phone 1st?

i looked at that thread it's heavy for me to understand bu anyway i can't see any mention of samsung e250

i think i'll call samsung and see what they suggest

Are you sure about that? my LG viewty can, under call settings > common settings > call reject > no caller ID
