any mobile payg phones where anonymous calls can be blocked?
on home phone "with held numbers" are blocked does anyone know if mobiles have the same?

You can get software for smartphone to block any kind of call. But there are no phones that'll do it as standard.0

somethings i have issues getting my head round may i ask is a smart phone a payg phone?
if i buy one does it come with the software to block "cold calls"0 -

A smartphone is one that runs programmes. HTC, iPhone, most of the higher end touch screen phones.
They won't come with the software, you'd have to buy it or find it for free somewhere.
