Just been looking through the T&C's and a bit worried about clause 13 which seems to give RLtec consent to enter your home without notice in an 'emergency'...?!

the small print says if you move then it's at their discretion to decide to terminate the trial or allow you to continue.

I can't see the T&C's now because the site is down but I believe it was saying without notice not without permission (ie breaking in!). Also it just means that if you deny them access they could cancel the trial.

I managed to fill this in at 14.30 Kept submitting thinking I had filled it all in but had missed one or two tick boxes. Will just have to wait and see now. Incidentally, it asks if you have a spare connection on the back of your router so would assume there is an ethernet lead from the appliance to the router.
