For crying out loud - 30 minutes I have been trying to fill in the questionaire but the page kept on reloading and reloading and now it's stuck and seems to be doing nothing - guess half the UK must be trying to fill it in at the same time. Time to call it a night and go sleep!

Hey relax, it says that the people are picked at random so it doesn't matter when you fill the form in. ;)

I'm relaxed enough to not bother after 3 attempts of getting a long way into the form and then it crashing. It does say it might well happen but I'm not going to waste anymore time on it - 3 times of trying was enough.

Try a different web browser, I was having the same problem and switched to IE and it went through ok.

The downside is that I have just read Martin's info again and it says that you must agree to them taking the old appliance away. I have just ticked 'No' on the questionnaire . Might have to apply again in DH name :(.

How do you mean you "only use wifi"? Could you explain? What equipment do you have?

What on earth are all you MSE'rs doing on your computer at this hour? Don't you all have beds to go to? ;)

I've finally managed to submit my application for a freezer after several attempts. If the site is crashing now goodness knows what it will be like in the morning!!

    Night all.

The form seems to want to reload the page after you have answered certain questions. No wonder the site keeps crashing with it having to reload for everyone each time. Can't a company like npower get decent web people??

The way I read it you just have to replace your old appliance with this one, you don't need to actually say Yes to "Do you need the old appliance to be taken away". I would've thought they prefer you answer No and get rid of the old one yourself.

    Thank you for posting :money:

I have applied and got confirmation. It did take several attempts to complete the questionnaire as it kept crashing, but I got there with some patience. :T

Fingers crossed I'm lucky as my old fridge/freezer is on it's last legs :D
