I know all the info about it and how it remains on your credit file for 6years like all other debts do but then is wiped off,
you qualify for 1 if you have less than £50 disposable income per month (so basically automatic qualification if you're on benefits),
and that you pay £90 to get it done.
Do you know how long the gap between getting your final loan out, and starting the DRO has to be though please??
Cos i know it takes roughly 8weeks from when you fill in the form to when the IS issue the DRO to write off the debt,
but so if i took out a payday loan today for example, then started the DRO tomorrow including that loan,
would that disqualify my entitlement??
And if so, how long do you have to wait from taking out a loan to when you can start the DRO??
Thanks
You can't get a loan now and still do a DRO or any other form of formal insolvency, it's as simple as that.
At best you will end up with the DRO revoked, or get a Debt relief restrictions order.
At worst you could be face criminal charges if the OR investigates further.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

I live well well below the poverty line, and thats not my opinion, its a solid fact!!
The poverty line in the UK for a single adult with no kids is £115 per week AFTER housing and council tax costs have been deducted!
I have only £60 per week after ive paid my rent and council tax, so am nearly 50% below the poverty line!!
Its disgusting that the government sets benefits thresholds so low to make people who claim them live in severe poverty,
but the government has always been disgusting!
£115 a week!?! That sounds like luxury to me! My budget for next year is around £60/week, and I'm happy enough with that. I'm genuinely shocked that that is considered poverty!
OP, the ONLY way to deal with debts is to stop accumulating them and start paying them off. Sorry that isn't what you would like to hear, but the sooner you realise it the better.0 -
The OP is a muppet. Wouldn't be surprised if they use the spam site above.0
