Off topic but how many club card points per £ do i get. Im thinking about fuelilng up there as i want to take advantage of the alton towers tickets. how many points do i need to equate to £7.50 worth of redemption.

You could try stockport I couldnt be !!!!d to go to that one, stalybridge had the prey poster but no games the drawer underneith also slid open and there were none in there either. also no laptops, mp3 players or phones in the last 5 on my list.

Hi, welcome to r&ring.

You won't be able to scan deals, exactly. If you find that the consoles posters are showing an old week commencing date and you get the game of the week that the poster states, then you buy it, you may notice that the discount hasn't come off. You can then go to customer services to complain. However, as a newbie, I would recommed that you start of small.

Maybe try for some books first, which are incorrectly priced or some meat. Once you are confident getting r&r's, then you can go for the big stuff.

Up to you really though. If you feel confident enough to go for a biggy, then also be prepared that you may be unsuccessful too. I which case, you can ask for a refund anyway.

The main thing is to stick to your guns if CS don't offer r&r and just offer the difference.

You will need to spend £188.00 to qualify for £7.50 worth of deal points. Your points are worth 4x the amount if you use them for deals. You will only be able to redeem them once you receive your points in November though as they only distribute them quarterly.

You'd have stood a good chance in the Cambridge Newmarket store last week, as they had the dodgy POS up. Check them, just in case.

well I think i have seen the last of my R&Ring in my local Tesco store.... I havent R&R'd there for about 2 weeks and tonight was genuinely shopping (really!) and spotted some Value packs sirloin steaks pack price £12.xx kg SEL £10.33. I thought what a bonus and picked up 2 packs. Finished my shopping, paid and went to CS desk. The CS assistant was very nice but HAD to get a supervisor. Unfortunatley this was the same supervisor who had asked me to point out these mis-prices before i go to the checkout the last time i had R&R'd some meat She left and came back with the meat re-priced and the duty manager to offer me only the difference. The duty manager said that she could offer the difference as I had pointed it out to them and allowed them the opportunity to reprice the meat. I said that they had changed it for everyone else following after me which was wonderful but that I had been overcharged and was entitled to "the policy" No joy what so ever.. as in.. not even a remote sniff of a chance..:rotfl: Duty manager said it was her prerogative to over rule policy and if i wasnt happy I could write to the store manager, which I won't.

Of course i offered the same arguement as everyone here would of, but I was upagainst it from the outset. I got a my money back and told them I was very disappointed in Tesco (yeah, yeah!) and left the store. Although I was very polite and stayed very calm I think my profile is now too high to R&R in there for sometime to come..:sad:
Oh well you some you lose some,...

by the way there were also Willow farm skinless chicken breast fillets wrong, half lamb shanks wrong, lamb chops wrong.... go get them guys!! :T

Not 100% - got chicken, mince and could have had turkey roasting joints, poussin and more mince if I'd wanted (I took my 800g packs to the CS desk and the (very nice) girl said "Is it the mince? Oh that's a different one."
But I'll agree with you on the London stores being sharp - my local never has anything, but I think it's one of the busiest around.
Check out the stores in the City - some of them are very good for R&Rs.

89.97 out of date SEL charged 99.97
R+R no probs. Not the store I had the trouble with the Xbox though, might try there tomorrow!

Got an LG 3300 phone late last night - OOD SEL..(hartlepool)...CO bloke tried giving difference back and then said 'I don't know anything about r&r, you need to see CS in the AM"....I phone this afternoon and was told "Duty manager has said you can have a refund or the difference but not the full amount back".Duty mgr not in...............I'll be calling him tomorrow and educating him as to what r&r policy is...........looking forward to a good barney!!
