Talk went well with MIL - she thinks it would be better if we left the regular coming over ever Tuesday, to just maybe going out once a month or something, so that none of us are restricted to a regular day each week, as it's all getting too much for her as she wants to spend more time with her partner and do her own thing.
Stoopid ****hole BIL2B is now on the mobile trying to tell us different, and trying to bully us into cooking for her every other week - I can't afford it, and object to feeding the ****holes! Hope he doesn't get his own way! He likes to prove a point that they are looking after her, by doing this, and of course she is such a soft touch when it comes to him, that she lets them do it!
Off to watch Casualty now. Will fill my new handbag whilst I watch.
Love to all,

my relatives are all at least 24 miles away, and that's how I prefer it... it's a shame, we can't choose relatives or in laws or how they behave.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Triker huge squishy (((hugs))) you are doing well today - be careful though ....dont want a relapse! Well done to all the family for having a clear out - and you WILL see a difference - you need to keep it up for a wee while until you begin to get things a bit more organised - could you not take the confidential waste back to work to shred? or if its not work related then ask if you can do it as yours is playing up? Or what about getting a couple of cheap ones - maybe at the car boot and everybody can have a go? then you can sell them again.
Well done for taking the sensible option and not doing the car boot - its all ready for a sunday when you have had a quieter saturday IYSWIM xx
Mrsow WTG you - its nice when other people comment on how good the house looks - gives you a boost - good luck with the midnight walk - hope it stays fair

:hello:to all my flylady friends!
I've been in London today, for a language meeting - 92 turned up, not bad for a Saturday morning! Probably because one of the speakers is one of the leading lights in language teaching at the moment, and well worth getting up at 6am to get there and listen to. They are also very good at providing coffee, cakes and lunch too. There were some good exhibitors too, so I came home laden with free posters, highlighters, pencils and all sorts of other promotional goodies. Nearly fell asleep on the train home though, and am definitely having an early night!
grateful - was it you thinking of the promotion? I'd personally stay well away if you have young children, unless you are mad keen to do it. I agree with greenbee, if you're asked, tell them the timing's not right.
carlsbergran - still thinking of you and your family, love to you all.
I'm now half asleep and cannot remember all the other messages - except, sexymouse - cultivate an air of serenity, and let it all slide off you sweetie, it really, really isn't all that important.
Love and hugs to toots, diva, and lady-liberty.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Hi - hope everyone is doing well... Just popped in to say I haven't been able to join this week as I have had no internet (sob,sob... seriously though - words CAN NOT describe how upset I was by this!)
Back up and running now though, so will be joining in again next week from my new house :cool::cool:Part time GCer, NSDer, Comper and (Bad)Flylady

Hi Everyone!!!
Been AWOL this week. It's been a bit of a sh!! week and there's not been much flying going on so I've not posted. Feel a bit better today though as I've got my Open University results....only a 12 week course but quite a tough one, and I got 98% YAY!!!:j:j:j:j:j
Anyway, read your news LadyL....I think you're a very brave lady indeed and you can certainly add my share of spoons to your collection hun. xxxx
Hugs also to our lovely Toots as well and thanks to everyone who keeps the thread going. It's good to know there's always a friend here if I need one.

Have decided that this kind of reaction, is probably exactly what BIL2B is hoping for, so I've told Moon that I'm not prepared to play his juvenile games - I'm going to leave him to it, and soon MIL will see straight through it and get fed up with them. We shall not be getting involved!

Evening All
Sorry, bit late in the day .... just trying to catch up
:rotfl: You know I'm keeping an eye on you as much as you are on meWe all look after each other and worry if someone hasn't been around etc.. For example some people have their own worries yet they worry about me if I haven't posted for a while - I get a text seeing if I'm alright. This to me means so much more than anyone could imagine.
take care honey xxI've decided I'm not doing a car boot tomorrow as I'm tired and need to pace.
I'm pleased to see you are being sensible
maybe you are starting to take notice of something I say
take care hun xx
Sexy Big hugs honey .... you know this is one of the reasons you are going away to get married ..... you & Moon can have a wonderful time .... then face the families when you get back. Sounds like we need a "catch up" when I get back from Glastonbury

Evening all
Finally caught up with you all although I have skimmed rather quickly or it would be the middle of next week! Needless to say my replies would either be hopelessly out of date, repeats of other replies or I have forgotten what I wanted to reply!!! So HUGS to one and all.tootifruities wrote: »have not been quite so busy today but have managed to vac pack my winter duvet, a spare single duvet, 2 throws, a collection of assorted material and a huge bag of wool and it all fits in my blanket box now (not the winter duvet - its like a brick!!!! but def takes up less space - will go under bed now!) so a huge thanks to AnW'sMum for getting them:A:A:A
:T:T Well done, it frees up sooo much room doesn't it. It was great to catch up properly earlier as well
Our days seem to get busier and busier, this week we had the usual round of after school activities but extra swim lessons AND scouts thrown in. Then there was my night out with my friend for her birthday last night, I got back from work at 7pm and was back out the door at 7.15 not arriving home again until almost 2am  Good meal and a good chat though so well worth it. Miss A and W slept over at Nanan and Grandad's
Been to see PIL today, got some family history stuff to look through which should help in building the tree although the branches of ours are all over the place :rotfl:
I shall endeavour to do some more flying this next week, the upside of not being around to fly is that the house has not got any worse as I have not been here!Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang
