Neighbours dog doesn't get walked

No he is certainly not approachable.
I was thinking of asking him if he wanted us to give it a walk, but he would just say no.
I know it sounds a bit selfish but it is stressing me out beyond belief too and it's not what I need at the moment. Everytime I see it it's getting me upset.0 -
Ruffles I can not imagine what you could possibly mean, surely you wrote this in error dear. :A
Oh and by the way I'm going out for an hour, please watch the house. Teaspoons are in the drawer by the fridge, there are biccies in the red tin and there's a full toolkit under the sink. Ta raa :ASibe's are renowned for been houdinis.

Sibe's are renowned for been houdinis.
True that.
Although being a bit more serious unless you have somewhere to send it and transport to do so then her escaping might not help.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

Could you print off some literature on general dog care and some breed information and anonymously post it through his letter box?
edit- Do you think he would rehome her if the offer was there?0 -
Yes we were thinking of posting something, but I really don't think he will care.
I doubt he will rehome the dog, he took the dog instead of getting paid for working.
I wish I knew someone that wanted it!! Any takers?!0 -
If you can convince him to part with her she can come here as a foster.0
-
Don't think he will part with the dog I'm afraid, think he see's it as a money making machine.0

In that case, I just hope the RSPCA can do something to help the poor dog.0
-
This is precisely the trouble the RSPCA suffer with though. There are so many people who don't know what they are looking at (like the other ladies whippets or my collie).
I am actually male.
It's nice to know that I am not the only one who has been subject to false reports - however well intentioned they were I'm sure.
After having read the extra information added by the OP in this thread I certainly would regard this as a case of animal neglect/cruelty and believe that the RSPCA should be contacted and that they should be willing to try and do something about it. Even a visit from an officer could be enough to get this individual to buck their ideas up.
Worryingly though, who offers a dog in lieu of cash for a job?0
