Wow, is it me or are the forums REALLY slow today?
Anyway sit down everyone, my ebay sales today total...........
99p - woo hoo! :j
Luckily I have also sold a book on amazon which has brought in £6.24 so that softens the blow a little :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

Every little bit adds up though - well done to you and tattycath. I made a humungous £2.47 profit on an amazon sale today.
And you were right, the forums were deadly slow yesterday, gave up a few times because it was all taking too long.0 -

Thanks Minnime, it's another thing out of the house so I'm happy!
The stuff I'm selling isn't really appropriate for Christmas gifts, so I am a little worried about my sales for the next few weeks, but hey ho we'll have to see how it goes."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Excellent. Received a £10 amazon voucher today from Lovefilm, but I counted that last month. Still, didn't think I'd be getting it, so I'm happy.
Also got shut of lots of junk this morning to the tip and the charity shop, and lodged my car boot money at last. Found another bag of lovely little-girls clothes that I must get around to putting on ebay as well.0 -
Well done on your sales peaceandfreedom and tattycath!
Somehow I've managed to list half of my current lot for 5 days, and half for 7 days. Not sure how on earth I managed that, considering I used a 5 day template. Weird!
They are not doing too badly anyway. I'm well off my target, but it would be nice if they went up a bit to get me past the £500 mark."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
I discovered yesterday that Somerset libraries have started doing free downloads of audio books, yay! I listen to audio books a lot. You can 'borrow' each one for 3 weeks, and can put it on your ipod or mp3 player, presumably then it just expires.
Going to have to investigate that a bit more, but it sounds fab."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -

That does sound good! I have had a quick look on the SCC website but can't find anything about it. Let me know what you find out.:)0
