I think the general opinion on this topic is that it is normal to have a warning in avira... AlienRIK would you like to comment?

As stated by dogmaryxx the warnings are files that are in use by your OS at the time of scanning and which cannot be scanned at the time generally this is normal and nothing to worry about.
