  • Back from the school run. The little man is asleep in his pram so that means no exercise time for mummy today but I can blast bits of the house whilst he is asleep. I am currently in the craft/business room trying to get the room safe and usable so I can actually be in there with the kids and get some money earned!
Hopefully I can get some of the business stock on my business ebay account and get things moving more and some of my 'stuff' can go to my personal ebay and free up more cash

  • Thank you.
I am just so grateful to the wonderful people on here who got us to the position we are in so we can actually work on our debt rather than struggle to meet the minimums.

  • Hello, have just subscribed to your diary - we found monthly online shopping about 6 months ago and it has definatly saved money - I no longer go and spend, spend, spend!

Your doing great with your debts, Im doing lots of surveys to try and get vouchers which we can use instead of OH wages

Wow, look how far you've come since your first SOA. :T

I've found it's so much better to face up to the debt, have a plan and do your damndest to stick to it as you're much more in control.

  • Its been a while since I've posted.

My refereeing had been going well and the £20 a week was a bonus, it was either petrol money or a takeaway as a treat, but after my game yesterday I've decided it just isn't worth the hassle. I sent someone off for swearing directly at me and took quite a bit of abuse from one team, more than normal, but this didn't make me consider packing it in, it was my journey home that did that. One of the players followed me for 4 miles - the majority of the journey home. Drving really close, edging as close as possible at junctions and then pulling alongside me and giving me an angry mouthful of abuse - for £20 its certainly not worth it. I've obviously reported it to the league and the FA and have considered informing the police.

Looks like we'll have to live without the odd takeaway treat!!
