Using Routhy's logic its perfectly acceptable for 12 tattoo, muscled, drug fuelled youths to approach any member of the public and sell them their cap in exchange for the entire contents of their wallet, after all its only a hard sell.

Routhy just can't grasp that the extortion of money from vulnerable members of society is wrong, legally and morally and the blame starts and ends with the despicable owner and employees.

As Routhy seems to be intimately connected with Virgo Healthcare, I wonder if he could publish a copy of the the injunction obtained by Trading Standards against ABM Mobility? It is OK to publish, it is a public document, and if, as you claim, ABM Mobility/Virgo Healthcare have done nothing illegal, then prove it by publishing the injunction!

In such clear-cut cases of illegal trading I would have expected that Trading Standards would have obtained civil injunctions not only against the company but also against its directors to prevent future illegal trading. Is that the case Routhy?

Additionally, Trading Standards would probably have a very strong case to take the company and its directors to the criminal court to punish them financially for their former wrongdoings against, potentially, 300 dissatisfied customers (probably many more since the airing of Rogue Traders). Is that also happening, Routhy?

As I understand it. Mr. Gill is not a director of the latest reincarnation of this dodgy outfit still based at the same Long Eaton address, even though he is still clearly working there. Perhaps he has been demoted or is he still acting as head of this despicable business in reality (even though not in name)? Do you think, Routhy, Mr. Gill is doing this in a vain attempt to avoid the law?

Please concentrate on the facts, Routhy, rather than adopting the usual fraudster's ploy of blaming everyone for being so stupid. BTW, if you do ever get an injunction against any MSE member harassing you, please feel free to publish it here.

So lets look at the evidence you are indeed Sam Routh or a relative

1. Your name is Routhy
2. Your a new poster, suddenly appearing just for this thread and as far as i can see, have only posted on this thread.
3. You seem to be in the vast minority bitterly defending the scum that is this company/companies
4. You use the term 'our' rather than 'their' when speaking about their(or is that 'your'
im confused;)) "hardsips".
5. Your 20 years old, just about the age of Sam?
6. Your male (hey it rules out 50% of the population)

I suggest you may like to get a copy of the interim injunction and read the terms. The injunction has an attached penal notice wich, if breached, could send Mr. Gill to prison for up to two years. Does that mean you/your relative would have no job?

Judging by further complaints in a number of newspapers and on the Rogue Traders programme there have been a number of clear breaches of that interim injunction. Mr. Gill seeks to divorce himself from this by sacking one employee and trading under two new company names since the injunction was obtained.

Sam Routh (you?) is one of Gill's right hand men, insofar he acts on Mr. Gill's orders to train sales staff in high pressure sale tactics, that a court has judged illegal. Injunctions are only issued to stop or prevent illegal activity - you must be aware of that?!

Sam Routh has clear knowledge of the injunction yet he continues to act on his boss's instructions, thereby aiding and abetting Gill to breach an injunction. Not only does that make Sam Routh as bad as Gill, it could also leave Routh (you?) open to action by the courts.

I suggest that you/your relative think very carefully how that might impact on your/his family.

Any problems caused to your family have either been brought about by you (if you are Sam Routh) or your relative (called Sam Routh) and certainly not by anyone on this forum.

Thanks to google, i can now confirm that "Routhy" is most definitely Tom Routh, brother of Sam Routh.

How do i know? Well his skype contact card fits the bill

Then a google of his skype name reveals more post in other forums witht he user name Routy and verification of details (battle dawn for example).

Then a google of the user name Routhy brings up a few more verifications, most notably

Same username, same location, and the first name Tom.

I admit there will be a margin of error but the evidence is pretty clear s Routhy, i hope your brother gets exactly what he deserves, and whilst i dont condone violence against you or your family (bar sam), i feel you are in no position to comment on us they way in which you have when your own flesh and blood is out there doing what hes doing.

P.S id remove your email from some of your signatures on forums, someone less restrained than myself may use it for abuse and harrasment.
