    RANJIT GILL
  • I think what the Insolvency Service would really be interested in is of any evidence that Amarjit Gill is still working. He told the bankruptcy hearing he is unemployed but if he he is still working he would have to declare any earnings and I am sure he would be questioned about any earnings at his 1-2-1 interview.

So, I would suggest looking at NOBLE HEALTH CONSULTANTS that Rocko2468 referred to and see if Amarjit Gill is linked to them.

i know that amarjit is not linked to this company but that alan frettingham and mark murphy are, virgo are now in leicester

  • Noble seem to be registered to an address in Ilkeston which turns out to be a solicitors office, checking on Google Earth. There is an alternate address in Long Eaton which seems next to a repuatbale company manufacturing reclining chairs, so I'm not 100% sure there is a link. All good info for the enforcement bodies.

Any info you guys have that will help us & others taken for a ride by these guys is hugely appreciated. What concerns me is how many others are out there not getting the right advice.

    Should we be worried?

My stepmum bought a chair seat raiser from a man who rang her to make an appointment to assess her in her home. I have no idea where he got her number from, we thought it was the occupational health re-assessing her and she gets upset with any intervention from anyone so wouldnt give us much more information.
It has now broken after 2 months use and was £150. She rang the number on the card and a rude woman answered, she insisted on an explanation of why it was broken and my stepmum said I have no idea why it just has stopped working. She is 80 yrs old and shouldnt be expected to know why it has stopped working. The woman said someone would phone her back and 4 weeks later and 3 phonecalls later each with a reply of 'someone will get back to you' no one ever has. She has now allowed her son to call them and he was also told someone would ring them back but again no one has.

It turns out it was Noble health consultants (address says tamworth road nottingham)

It is not right that they go out of thier way to visit vulnerable people to sell them things in thier homes and not care when things go wrong. They have no care for how the person is coping without the mobility aid while it is broken and no care if they have no family to help them or chase things like this up on thier behalf.

I also do not believe these so called consultants are qualified to assess elderly people, they are not occupational therapists or physiotherapists and this is dangerous.
Although this man said this equipment was perfect for her she has fell to the floor because it has pushed her out of the chair too strongly as she has menieres desease and her balance is very bad.

However she wants the chair mending or her money back, she is very upset about this and that a man can come into her home and took advantage without real care for her welbeing

    Is this a bad company?
    and
Is there any hope of getting this sorted?
    Thanx
