This business abandoned the unit they rented in Long Eaton, about 3 weeks ago, without informing the landlord and without leaving any forwarding address. Hardly the actions of a reputable business.
Trading Standards may well have a contact address, so make a complaint to them if you have lost money to this business.0 -

Anyone seeking legal recourse against Amarjit Gill, may like to serve papers at the address he recently gave at his bankruptcy hearing.
You can find details here...

Amarjit Gill told the bankruptcy hearing that he is currently unemployed. If you know diffrerent, click on the link above and contact the Insolvency Service address given.0 -

Interesting info, folks. We've had an official questionnaire from Derbyshire Trading Standards, but I think the legal course is the only way now.0

I have spoken to the helpful folks at Nottingham Insolvency Service. They have asked me to write to them with a much info as possible about Mr Gill & Lifestyles activities pending his 1-2-1 interview which has yet to take place.
If they get enough of a groundswell of folks like me, they will look at the criminal side. I'm was a little surprised they weren't fully aware of Mr Gill's previous trading history & convictions, but these now Insolvency, Derbyshire Police & Derbyshire Trading Standards all linking up there is a modicum of hope.0 -

I think what the Insolvency Service would really be interested in is of any evidence that Amarjit Gill is still working. He told the bankruptcy hearing he is unemployed but if he he is still working he would have to declare any earnings and I am sure he would be questioned about any earnings at his 1-2-1 interview.
So, I would suggest looking at NOBLE HEALTH CONSULTANTS that Rocko2468 referred to and see if Amarjit Gill is linked to them.0 -

The fact you have an official questionnaire is probably indicative of multiple complaints being actioned at the same time. Trading Standards may be taking civil and/or criminal action against both the company and its officers.
I suggest that you ask them if they are intending to seek compensation for customers from the officers of the company as well as seeking injunctions, fines etc. I guess they may also ask for your attendance (or your aggrieved relative) at civil and/or criminal court as a witness.
Trading Standards may well be able to give guidance on whether you should pursue a case on your own or wait for the outcome of any case they intend to pursue. Trading Standards may establish (at Court) that the officers of the company become liable for any debts (possibly even Amarjit Gill - if he was acting as an officer - although not named in Companies House documents)
But be prepared for a long fight - such cases can take a long time and the outcome is never certain. Old people with dementia do not make good witnesses and many of the vulnerable people conned by these people, may not even be alive to testify at Court.0
