They're it again. This time, it's a blue bar. How dare they spoil my web experience by invading my laptop screen, inside my own home.

Please help me out of this misery. Is there anyway that I could take off these invasive 12.gif black and blue bars off my google homepage?

The bars are about the same width as a roll of insulating tape, so to avoid being made to feel physically sick by the bars, I've cut a length of tape off to stick across the screen while using Google. :)

    Aaargh!

Now they have an awful black drop-down menu.

I was happy to have my Firefox homepage as Google.co.uk, but with all this extra crap it's now about:blank. Doesn't this defeat the object of these so-called improvements?

Whatever happened to the nice clean search engine? It would improve matters if we could just switch this extra guff off!

I won't go near face(no privacy)book, so obviously I don't need google (even worse than facebook privacy) plus
