Obviously M&S insurance had spoken to their CC department about my account - at least I think this is the reason for the refusal. Sod them! Especially since the episode with my £150! Bitter, moi? Yo bet:mad::mad:

That has clarified it for me - pretty dopey I know!

May have a go at paying monthly to see what happens! But not with M&S - think they have been talking to each other re my account. Still having to grit my teeth over that £150 - bitter, moi? You bet!:mad:
