It's not easy, is it, Pixie?
Lost over half a stone since finishing work - more exercise, less snacking - but now I think it has ground to a halt!
And I always eat less naturally in the summer!
I've managed to lose a stone and a quarter since I finished work at Easter. I was taking anti depressants and one of the side effects was weight gain. I'm not taking them now so hopefully that will help.
The attention from the cute guy has shown that at least I'm on the right track!!0 -
