    Hi everyone,

Been on the phone - again!

But just popped on to see how everyone was doing.

Interesting discussion about weight! I did my weekly weigh yesterday and was .5 kg more than the week before! Eeek!

Really don't know how that happened - diet hasn't changed significantly - apart from the lunch last Thursday, but that was so "mucked about, posh food" that there was very little of it! Think it may be the fact that I have been watching the tennis rather than gardening! Oh - and just remembered - had quite a bit of wine last Sunday. Didn't think wine was that fattening, though?

Well, Fitzer is going to be pleased!

Does this mean Spain v Germany in the final?

Are you back from babysitting Pixie - or posting from there?

Half a pound is nothing Ann don't worry.

How mobile are you? Are you able to walk. A little walk every day or so should be fine to keep you healthy. Swimming is healthy and is good for people who have mobility problems, weight is carried by water which eases pressure on joints.

It's Spain v Germany in the second semi final and Holland v Uruguay in the first.

There were 2 penalties in 3 minutes, 1 for each team. Paraguay missed, Spain scored and then it was ruled invalid so they had to take it again - and missed!

Still babysitting and probably will be until 12.30 - 1.00. I'm using my daughter's netbook.
