The Adjudicator also said the compensation MUST come to us and not to any of the accounts, although it will be up to us if we want to put any of it towards the debt after we receive it.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0

The adjudicator is correct, all compo gets paid to the customer - it is only if it was regards to a debt that formed the basis of complaint, would it go back to the debt...
i.e. say your bank charged you £50 for going overdrawn, they would refund the charge back to your account iyswim
Well done, see - it pays to fight!2010 - year of the troll

LOL, that is true.......:D
And that is right, it certainly pays to keep fighting. Cheers!
I have 2 loan ppi accounts from years 1999 and advanced in 2000, don't think I'll be lucky enough to receive the copy of the loan agreements on them though.:(
These accounts are settled as well.
Went through the SAR docs over the last few weeks of hubby's as he have always been the first account holder, came across bank statements from the above years and the account numbers and ppi was always added to our loans - despite them not asking us.
But we have been successful in reclaiming on the 3 loan ppi accounts though.
Shame no further docs on the older ones. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
