Thanks everyone, and please don't anyone worry about being insensitive or anything else.!!:D These boards keep me sane, and everyone has their own share of problems, big or small.! So don't be tip toe - ing around. We have jokes with son, especially his siblings. Son has Testicular Cancer, and one of the boys said he needed a false one putting back in - otherwise he would spend all his life going around in circles.!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Right, lets get back to normal (whatever normal is on here).......where is SW when you want a silly rhyme or something.

Forgot to post about this yesterday..
The day before the adjudicator rang me and as they are dealing with 4 accounts via LLoyds TSB, for the way both me and hubby have been treated over the last year, they are going to request compensation for distress etc on each account.
The adjudicator was lovely, she did also say, going by the first time we complained to LLoyds to tell them then of our difficulties (cos where hubby worked - the plant suddenly went into administration), they could see that it taken about 8 months for them to accept token payments, where further charges were applied until it went to collections later on in the year.
Even though we sought help from the CCCS at the time, the letters we were always receiving from LLoyds was contact their dept for help, (which we did at the beginning as procedure - where they did NOT offer to help) which was why we went to the CCCS in the end.
Hopefully all these will be resolved soon, and now that hubby is back in work we are starting to find our feet again, but it will all take time. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi Elsie,
I am really sorry but I don't think I picked up on the fact that your son has this issue to deal with. Apologies if I seemed insensitive about it - and wishing you (and him, of course) all the very best for a positive outcome.
I dident either.
