    Hi everyone,

Managed to read most of the posts yesterday but have been busy so its the first chance I have had to put pen to paper...so to speak.

Well done mouseann....:T:T...How brave are you, and he was such a big fella too..... and he was even bigger by the time I finished reading.:eek:..Gulliver I believe his name was.lol ;) Seriously, you handled that really well, and I would have been like you....shaking like a leaf after it was all over. I read Niddy's response, and I wouldn't like to be in their shoes when he has finished with them.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Its really windy here, have got washing on the line, but I have to keep going back out and pegging it back on.!! But its cheaper than a tumble drier would be. (if I had one).:D

Just pottering about at home today, done the shopping. OH going out to play bowls in a minute, so that's me doing Family History research for the next couple of hours.:)

Have a good day, may pop back in later.

    Hi Elsie,

    Good to hear from you.

Yes, he was scary, whatever his size ;)! Just received today's post - it gets here earlier on a Saturday! - and it contained a letter from M&S, who are also talking about visiting. And no MAY about it, either!

Poor old Niddy, was hoping not to be too much of a bother to him on Monday!

Have a good weekend everyone - although the weather here is very cold and windy. Wonder what it's like in Liverpool???

Why do that have to do that......I mean its not like its going to change anything by sending someone round is it.!! It's obviously scare tactics, and I suppose prior to being on this site, it would have worked. Now you know that you can handle them, at the end of the day as Niddy says, they have about as much right as the paper boy.....so tell them to clear off !!!

Probably Niddy and mrs Niddy won't be out in the weather they will be in the pub.!!.....unless they are drinking in the open air.! Hope they all have a good time this weekend.

We CCA'd 6 creditors, so far 3 unenforceable, and 1 is still 'finding' the CCA agreement, after 2 months., and 2 others just havn't replied....Barclaycard.!! So at this point all are unenforceable unless they come up with something. Thank goodness for Niddy.!!

I couldn't agree more, Elsie - about Niddy!

Let's hope that all the rest are unenforceable - and they don't find anything! Bet you have paid off those cards ten times in interest!

You are not wrong there, Di.

    And time does certainly fly!

    Wouldn't mind being 42 either!

hi again ann well its like me with the tele pests once youve seen one off the rest is easy just like school bullies really. I once went to a advice centre about my debts years ago the first person i saw was really good and said you have to treat debt collectors like vampires they cant come into your home without you inviting them in but once you do thats bad. It was a church charity advice centre and the volunteers were well meaning but not really experienced enough one was only 20 and lovely but not up to the job. thank goodness for MSE eh tried to get some bagged up pennies changed to get some food in but local shops didnt want to know. will have to wait till monday now to get to the bank dont worry though have enough to eat- just. just wanted a bit extra thats all.
