I am so glad to hear this. I hope you will continue to get the support you need: it's going to be a long while before the fallout from this has settled. Maybe finding a counsellor, either for yourself or your whole family, would help, do think about it.

fantastic news essexhoney, ITA with savvy_sue's suggestion of family counselling, you have all been through a heck of a lot and it's going to take you a while to get back to normal, counselling can help speed up that process a bit and help your children come to terms with what happened to them, it must have been terrifying for you all.
