Recieved a phone call from the police about half an hour ago i have been cleared of charges of neglect

Just wanted to add a quick update for those of you that have been following this thread.
My OH has just had a phone call from the child protection unit at our local police station to tell him that all charges have been dropped and no further action is being taken.
Im completly in shock at the moment crying and shaking i dont think its going to sink in just yet, but it does mean that we can start attempting to get our life back on track now finally.
Thank you to everyone for all your help and support through all of this i couldnt have done it without you.
