  • Maria, I can't offer you any advice, there are far better qualified people here than I. I am a newbie myself but you will find that everyone here is supportive and will do their best to help you.

I'm sorry that you are in the position that you are. Somehow hubby has to realise that he has to be part of the solution if you are going to get out of this mess. Do you have anyone to talk to about your situation? I would agree with the poster who said you should contact your local CCCS or Citizens Advice Bureau. The sooner the debt stops piling up the better you will feel.

Take care of yourself, if only for your daughter's sake.

no worries hun, anything I can do to help, I will.

As for your partner, it might be time to call an end to it, it doesnt sound like he has any respect for you hun. They CANNOT take your little girl away from you, you are a fantastic mother & are doing everything you can for her.

Your past is none of their business & has no bearing at all on you as a mother.
Heres a hug(((((((((maria)))))))))) cause I think you need one. You'll get through this.

I'm sorry I cannot help anymore with the financial side of things, as you can see i've not been great with money, but there are some fab people on here who will help you any way they can.

    Hi Maria

I don't live far from you and have been to llantrisant today :hello:

I have just read through your thread and not able to add to the great advice you have been given, but just wanted to send a (((hug)))

Please check the entitled to website hopefullly you can claim something.

You sound like a great mother working hard for your DD. How can people be so nasty and cruel speaking to you like that. Good on you for rising above it.

I have just looked in my dd's cuboard for some outgrown uniform, but must have given it away or would have happily sent it to you. I can't think of any local help, except to perhaps ask the school, alot of parents do seem to donate the outgrown clothes to the school because of the badges they are no use to anyone else.

    Best wishes zippy x

Sometimes Carriel, all you need is some-one to be there for you, someone you can chat to, (im crying) I dont think i have had this much support from anyone in along time.

It helps just to get it of my chest, and everyone has been so helpfull so far, I just wish I had a family who could support me like you have al done tonight. My life is a mess and all I have wanted is some-one to understand me, to talk to, and the others things like to be loved and be wanted, things i have never had before. I know I have gone of the subject a bit. I needed to tell you all that im gratefull and how much it means to me.
Yes you probably are thinking im screwed up a bit, but i probably i am, maybe cause i have never got over what happened. maybe i never will. i dont know

Without knowing any details about what happened to you, I don't think it's at all fair to throw it in your face, you didn't ask for it:mad:

The only thing you are doing wrong is putting up with your husbands selfish attitude:mad:

My personal opinion is that everyone on here struggles with money, why should be persecuted:confused:

You've done the hardest bit, you've admitted there are problems but you know all of us are to listen and when you're back on track, we'll be getting advice from you:beer:

And by the way, if a size 12-14 is fat then tell him to F-OFF:p
