Did sell my sunnies for £20 but no luck with the other stuff. Guess the sunnies paid for the listings for the other things. Quite happy about that and happy to give the rest of the stuff to the hospice shop...except the dress, which I'm quite happy to keep :D

Weird day today... Not really sure why - just some things were good and others (work) not so good...

Payday so got up early to check banking and paid a few bits off :)

Worked 8-7! And still loads to do but hopefully getting time in lieu.

Bought a dress for honeymoon - only £16 and v useful - just what I like :p Am almost sorted now. :T

Looking forward to my kindle arriving :D

    Shattered now. Night all!

What a waffle of a pointless post! Please forgive me!:rotfl:
  • So...all my bills have come out... Bit of calculating later and I've got £50 'pocket money' this month. This is after everything I need has been paid so it's totally doable, right?!! But why can't I ever do it??!! Arghhh.

    25 days till payday = £2 a day! Let's see how I go...

Good luck with keeping to your pocket money. Is that purely spends only? I know how hard it is to try and keep to it. Only 24 days to go now...:p

    Money in purse £34.50
    Money in bank £18.37

    Total £52.87

    Bills to come out...£37.02

    Leftover ..............£15.85!!!!

    Eek!
  • Spends today...£2.20 bus fare. Did mean we could borrow the car though so it's swings and roundabouts, eh?

Think I'll get things more sorted at the weekend (first weekend at home in 3 weekends!) and looking forward to getting a good few wedding bits and bobs organised.

Couldn't sleep last night for thinking about my dress!! ...the shop temporarily lost it!!! You have no idea the fear/panic/anger... Even when they did find it I just felt a bit down like a bit of a dampner had been put on the full thing. So even though I know it's all fine now I just can't get over the whole thing. Need to calm down about it... Yoga starts back tomorrow - that'll help :)

Well don't I have a plan for the weekend! This weekend it's Operation Sort Out! Have not been at home for the past 3 weekends - one working full time, 2 at parents... So this is really my first weekend in a month when I can just spend it at home and enjoy pottering around, sorting/organising, cooking/baking, knitting, watching TV, wedding planning, sleeping, reading and pampering! I cannot wait!!

Shall also be updating here (and the small things thread) so please drop in and say hello to either thread.

Gosh that must have been scary with the dress, I would have been freaking out! Glad they got it sorted though.

Hope you have a good weekend, good luck with the sorting out!
