I am a disgrace aren't I?!
For the last 2 weeks I've been drinking rice milk and eating nuts and seeds and rye bread. Then as soon as I start to feel great, my head is turned by a BOX of blinking Magnums.
As Paul McKenna says, I'm not going to berate myself, tomorrow is another day - so mung beans here I come!
I did have poached salmon and steamed veg for dinner and tuna salad for lunch :A and a large glass of white with said dinner - doh! :wall:0 -

Back in the world of the living - just. Body feels ok considering, but am knackered due to lack of sleep and heavy body. Did a mere 25 miles :eek: but all done and dusted now - 30 miles next time
Good news on extension front, FIL has seen the various quotes we've got, didn't bat an eyelid when he saw them and said ok :j Told us to get some drawings done, work out the full cost of getting it done, down to furniture, painting and al the extras and he will write us a cheque :j Am so so pleased -we think it will add at least £20k judging by bigger houses near here so will give us a lot more equity in the house. Still can't quite believe it's real to be honest.
On the bank front, still money in the bank which is always a brucey bonus and not much else I can do to increase income at the moment.
Off to work now, may paint eye balls on my eye lids and have a quick nap1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
