It really cheered me up to read this. I am sure that they think they can treat people like dirt because they assume that they are all uneducated stupid women who are desperate for a job.
When the supervisors rang me trying to demand I go back on or go back on again later or when it suits them tomorrow I would be polite but very firmly say no. One was fairly ok with it but another one sounded like a fish wife and would try to interrogate me about "why" I would not sign on again later, as though I needed her permission to not work morning, noon and night.

Lauren was very patronising and cold towards me and only changed her tune when she found out that I am a freelance writer who was only doing psychic calls at the same time because of being sitting in my office writing. It broke up the day to answer the phone and it helped with the money.
That does not mean that I am uneducated or desperate.
When I first told her that I was writing a magazine article she went on about how the reporter has to speak to them for their version of events and that she gives me permission to do this! She missed the point. I am the reporter, I was not going to a reporter and getting them to write the article. She then made out she did not care and was glad and that all publicity is good publicity. If she really thinks that she is dumb. How come then that she continually emailed me after.

When I blocked her emails from my folders she even changed her email address to try to reach me. She does not owe me much money but I would imagine I will not get paid either.

I do understand that they have to make sure that each member of staff works some unsocial hours. Someone has to do them.
And these are the times when most callers call. But they break the terms of their contract each and every time they nag you to log on again or do more hours on top of those agreed.

If I do get paid what they owe me I will alter this article to state it. If you do not see this alterred they did not pay me.

So I have been with them about a year and each time I think they are dispicable and cant get any worse they hit a new low.
I have never been spoken to in such a way.
It is shocking.
To the women out there that jacked it in, fair play to you, but I really need the money and at the minute it is my only option.
I am debating selling my story but dont know where to go...
Any advice?

There are so many other companies you can work for who are better than Livelines have a look around, you dont have to stick with them

I am brand new to this website and Livelines. I have just started working with them on Monday and I am really enjoying it. They seem like a great company to work for and having the flexibility to work around my family life xx

They are upfront people and will ask you to work when they are busy but no harm is done if you cant, just do your min 25 hrs and a night shift jobs a good un, you dont even have to dress, travel etc to work, its great for me as ive been sick for 3 years and needed work from home

One calls is just like the rest and i do the texting servoce too, as long as you do 300 a week your fine, ive managed 400+ both weeks

this is my first post on here and im not hising as anyone else, im just giving an honest view from a newbie on livelines, as this is where i found out about working for them

and they do help you if you need it and you can listen to recorded calls before you start to give you help and tips.....

I have worked for Livelines uk for 2 months.
I have worked almost everyday for them and I am yet to receive any money off them.
I cant get through to anyone who can actually help me.

They owe me £568. 37, and that's not even the whole two months worth of wage im owed.

Has anyone or is anyone having the same problem?

It says in the contract that they will provide access to an area where you can view your earnings and such. But as yet im to receive any details of such a thing.

I have kept a log of everything I have done as well as screenshots to the webpage when im logged on to prove I am online and when I log off.

I time the calls and then work out how much that call has earned me on the 4 different available rates.

i have been sacked today by this company. it is one of the most poor communicated company i have ever worked for. i have worked all the hour gods sends i worked everyday this holiday when i could have been spending it with my family over christmas and new years eve just to be told im am to paid the lowest rate for it because i am unable to keep up the 18 minute barrier when half the people if they dont like what they hear they go or they want it short and sweet to get off the lines and they dont hang around for a reading to be done and thats when you actually get a call as you could be waiting over 2 hours for a call sometimes and they never stop phoning you for you to do more hours when in the early hours of the morning like 3am i had a 2 hour call and they moaned because i wasnt keeping the callers on for long of which you are going to have short calls and i got told i was not a tarot reader or medium when i have been doing it for 20 odd years and am qualified in these areas as i grew up around it aswell.really and truthfully it has been the worst company to work for i dont encourage you to work for this company with doing tarot because i dont feel they know what it is like to do this sort of things and how much it takes out of you with the mediumship and working with the tarot cards and working with spirit. GOD bless you all love and light
