i have worked for livelines and let me tell you they are a horrible company to work for you do not get to do the hours you want to do, they phone you day and nite and if you dont do what they ask you to do you get less calls, louise and her mother are horrible and so is kim, they talk to you like they are talking to children and get really !!!!ed with you if you dont do the hours they ask you to do, in the end i got that fed up with them demanding stupid hours of me and told them where to shove it.
Another satisfied customer. LOL0 -
I don't know if anyone is still reading this, but I signed up with Livelines a couple of months ago. They are the most unprofessional, unhelpful and rude people I have had the misfortune to deal with. I did the chat for a short while but then called and told them my child was sick at home and will be laid up for a few weeks and asked if I could switch to Tarot, was then told that I had to prove to them that I can do how many hours a week until they say so before I could go on to Tarot. They stated that I must have known I had a child when I signed up and when I tried to explain that things had changed at home and that I could not work for them anymore they were rude and hung up on me. A couple of days later they called to ask if I could work as they were very busy, I told them I no longer worked for them and had to go through the whole story with another girl who then SWORE at me and hung up! These lot a better left alone, they have no work ethic and have no idea how to talk to their staff, they only understand one way of talking I'm afraid, and that's sex talk! My advice stay well away.0

Livelines were a nightmare with me, I took calls for them for over 5 yrs before I thinking enough is enough, the rate per min never went up the whole time I worked with them, they a have different types of callers clean, granny and the regualr sex chat. If you dare to even mention a rude word on a clean call at the callers request your rate for the whole week is slashed to 5p a min no questions asked.
After watching a programme on tv about phone sex workers I set about finding out if I could somehow take the calls while missing out livelines and other such companies altogether.
I now charge between £60 and £80 per hour just through talking on the telephone. No cam work and the callers still have no way of finding out who or where I am. I use a mobile phone so am not stuck in the house waiting for a call and I have no set rules on hours.
Its not for everyone but for me its perfect when Ive taken a call thats it, gone...........in one ear and out the other.
HI
How did you go about setting your own up? I currently work for live lines and they are rude and arrogant always ringing up and when you log on there is a rude message from Jo in the office telling people basically they are rubbish at their jobs and that those people know who they are. Just plain rude. I am looking at another couple companies to work for as I am sick of the rude attitude and when you ring up for advise they practiacally shout at you down the phone. I know I can do the job I just need a good company to work for who will help you along the way.0 -

Hi,
I have just joined this thread as I work for Live Lines and I am getting away from them. Certain individuals are rude who work there. If you can still log on you need to listen to the lasted message for all operators on there its 5 minutes of put downs. It makes you not want to log on.0 -
Hello All,
I worked for livelines until i left them because of the rude staff that would regularly call you, get arsey if you couldn't do a night shift even though you didn't sign up for them, expected 3 months notice if i went on holiday even though i had only been working for them for 2 months. You would get texts from their staff at 2/3 am asking you to log in even though i asked them not to.
There was several input errors as they called them when it came to paying my wages e.g. the wrong amounts where always being paid to my account. When i finally gave my notice of no longer wanting to be an operator for them they didn't pay me for 6 weeks. The wages where some £750 pounds. They mucked me around for weeks and in one telephone conversation they said "we will take our time, that'll teach you to move to psychic tv".
I only got the money when i threatened them with small claims court. I also got loss of interested from them.
When looking back at my call records on some calls they had been paying me 7 pence instead of my normal rate and they blamed it on a inputting error.
If any one wants advice on how to get your wages from them and lost of interest i will be willing to give you support and how to get your court/small claims costs for free in some cases.
HI, I currently work for these clowns and I agree with what you say in your thread, although I haven't had texts yet. But when I log off they ring me back to log on so now I ignore the phone. As well as working full time and doing this part time I have a life which they dont seem to understand I am now working 7 days a week which is crazy as I dont get time to myself. I am now seeking a new company to work for. I certainly dont beleive they have 400 staff working for them if this is true why do you get 4 different people interrupting your calls asking you to work longer. THey are a con. All the threads on here have been correct about them.0 -

As for no skill....You should try getting a guy to chat about the weather or what he is making for lunch when all he wants to do is get his rocks off its not as easy as it sounds.
Personally I think its an awsome way to earn extra cash.
I get home of an evening pour a glass of wine, switch my mobile on and away I go. I choose who I want to talk to and when I want to talk, I could be out walking the dogs and take a call.
Its safe, I am in complete control of everything and best of all I do earn a very decent ammount.
Hi, how do you go about setting this up I am very interested. Thanks Cherripie:beer:0 -

I couldn't agree more, I no longer work for them and I would stongly advise that other people stay away from them as well. Rude and obnoxious I dont know how they get away with speaking to people like dirt.0 -

Because they know very well that there is an endless supply of women who desperately need to earn some cash.0
