Ooh, I've not come across them before Squizz! (and I consider myself reasonably knowledgeable in such matters - just goes to show!) Glad you enjoyed it (and in a cemetery too!)
So - I've got an(other) evening to myself - yawn. Also got a to-do list
- half an hour of work (to make up for a fair old bit not done earlier)
- run
- tidy kitchen
- make and eat tea (NOT just toast!)
- make tomorrow's lunch (leftover tea)
- make flapjack for breakfasts-on-trains
- pack stuff and get clothes ready for tomorrow
- bath/wash hair
- early night!
Think that's it :T Will report back...0 -

Nearly beanielou, nearly! :T
- [STRIKE]half an hour of work (to make up for a fair old bit not done earlier[/STRIKE]) - done a whole hour! :T :T :T Feel MUCH better now, really concentrated and got something done that I'd been putting off
- run
- tidy kitchen

- make flapjack for breakfasts-on-trains

Not done anything else yet, mind you :rotfl: but still, feel much better (and more competent) after that
Ate a piece of cake this afternoon (so much for vegan thing) and feel absolutely rotten! That'll teach me! So I'm not going to run, but remembered I need to return some books to a friend, so I'll walk round there (it's about 10 mins away), drop books off, and then do everything else when I come back. Might do some gentle pilates instead
All counts (I think)

dont feel bad about not running, the walk will replace it. Sometimes you have to recover. As for the cake, well tomorrow is a fresh day, fresh start put it behind you (I say as I am feeling really guilty as I just ate fish for the first time in 5 years!) Still in a hotel and no veg option on (made a very big complaint) and I am really hungry.
How did you get on with the soap? Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Sorry Cheery I meant on the PHD front:o
Yes I just realised that, that's why I popped back in:rotfl: Got so caught up in the evening I forgot all about it :rotfl:
Yes, there's news! :j :j :j A few emails passed backwards and forwards, the nice man has completed all the paperwork, I've had an email to say they're deleting my computer account (which means they're finally letting me leave) and I'm guaranteed a place in the July graduation:j :j :j So all successful! :j :j
(also had an email pointing me to where the info re dates was on the website - right on the front page :rotfl: But in my defence, it's VERY poorly placed, really obscure, and it wasn't really surprising I missed it:rotfl:)
Anyway, all done and dusted - just waiting for the letter in the post (hopefully tomorrow) and then I can start changing my name on things:j :j Might actually feel real by then!
Must get out for this walk before it goes too dark (actually, it already *is* dark - oops!)
Don't feel bad cherisong (although in your position I'm sure I'd feel the same!). You did the best you could (and it was tasty I believe?)
Soap - hmm. I've just prodded it and it appears it's finally setting :rotfl: Not sure it should have taken that long, but hey. I haven't got a thermometer, so it was all guessed, so it's not really a surprise it didn't work perfectly(I've always had useable soap out of it before, so I'm holding out hope!) :T
Right - walk. Now.0 -
