Aargh, slid all the way to Lidl, had to hand onto lamp-posts and fences and then the bloomin shop had no geese :eek:

Plus they had hardly anything off my list so I had to stop at Tatco on the way home.

Oh well...... I might try Aldi tomorrow but not looking forward to sliding my way there instead.

There is a Lidl near me so I guess I could try them on Monday.

Cheery, don't worry about your lists, some of those things will be quick and easy!!!

Blimey! Don't feel like I've got anything done - took me 4 hours to sew up the bl**dy curtains! :rotfl: :rotfl: Not *entirely* sure why I considered that to be necessary, given all the other things I have to do! :rotfl:

Ah well Am VERY PLEASED that I've done it though - the old linings were ripped and filthy and VILE!

Getting there I suppose! :T Not left for party yet, and Mr Daffs is still in the bath, so we won't leave for at least another half an hour, so won't get there before 10pm. It's evidently going to be a late one tomorrow :eek:

Oh well, best get on with something else while I'm waiting for him - tidying up again probably wouldn't be a bad idea! :rotfl:

You can buy WinterTrax or Get a Grip from QVC to improve traction :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(they are both crampon type thingies that you put on over your shoes or boots)
