Valli - I think we need to play catch up and make a date for a BB's coffee. Would be great to see you and you can fill me in on whats been happening on the thread.
sorry I have been a bit distracted...;)
can do Thurs/Fris most weeks but not this week unfortunately as I am on a Kaleidos course friday afternoon - in true:money:style I have arranged to attend the one that's closest to my home - the primary school is so close I can hear the kids on the playground so I'll walk. I'm planning on travelling further afield on saturday - if I am wanted ;). Besides which I still have those crochet hooks!

Well, I've decluttered some words from my head, decluttered some minutes from some meetings and emailed them out. Have a roast dinner just about ready to serve and then decluttered some words in the dark place ;)

Life is just peachy ain't it :)

    Hi all,

I'm glad your date went well and you're seeing him again Valli.:D

I've forgotton what else i was going to say.

We're back after a very lovely but somewhat disastrous weekend in West Wales. My StepDaughter came here to feed the rabbits yesterday lunch time. She noticed i'd left my keys with my house key on it in the car door.:o It had been in there from 8 ish Friday night and the car was still there and the house was as i left it. I'm so incredibly lucky it could have been a very different story. :(

I forgot to take any shoes except my flip flops and they broke on the beach ( this is what happens when i don't have enough time to plan and pack properly ). Then my knee went as i bent down to pick up a towel and i couldn't walk properly. To get up from the beach you have to walk up a pepple hill, not the easiest of things with no shoes and a dodgy knee. Just to top things off i can't have rubbed the suncream in properly as i've got the most random sunburn.

But apart from all that we had a great time. I have a mound of washing now though as we had to take our own bedding. So i have 4 beds worth of bedding plus the clothes and towels. I've put the 1st load in and we've watched Dr Who. Ds2's been fed i just need to bath him and get him to bed. Ds1 will also need food and a bath but he can bath himself. Then i need to unpack. It's currently on the living room floor. Hopefully Ds1 has uniform for tomorrow i'd better check.

Well the front room is gutted and cleaned and vacuumed.. sofas washed etc.. OH washed the skirting :D
The middle room is gutted and cleaned and vacuumed..
Vacuumed and gutted the hallway and vacuumed as far up the stairs as my hose would reach.

That is probably more done today than has been done in the last 2 weeks.. but i am hoping a good going over will be fine with just maintaining until Squeak arrives.

Children out next weekend so I am hoping to work my way though their bedrooms again and the landing and have a furniture rejig to get the huge wardrobe onto the landing out of my face.. I want the back room gutting too.. I am going to get nothing done this week as we have 3 appointments with the girls, DD1's proom dress to collect, governors meeting at school, apppintment to get maternity grant forms signed (note I didn't say antenatal with MW lol) and no doubt whatever else gets thrown at me in the meantime..

We are off to OH's mums in 3 weeks.. then I am refusing to go again until after the baby arrives.. 2 hours in the car is likely to kill me.. and the very very last thing I want is to go into labour there!! I could not cope with his mums fussing and nagging and carrying on.. That said.. I had DS3 at 31 weeks, DS2 at 32 weeks.. and I'll be 32.5 weeks when we go.. it'll be fine.. I already decided!! Besides we might not have the crib still by then.. it is being despatched on the 29th supposedly.

I've had a great weekend. My sister loved her surprise...the P!NK concert was amazing. They came to watch me in a concert last night with my two and a half year old niece who behaved brilliantly and I have had loads of bonding time with her and enjoyed being on hand for aunt duties. I am at home now and really exhausted.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend. I've decluttered one  skydive  It was fab, I loved it, would definitely do it again & thanks to those who sent good luck vibes. We were very lucky with the weather too, cos it was persisiting it down when we set off this morning & it's persisiting down again now!

Need to tackle the ironing tonight - back to the boring stuff.

Er... the other thread. Could I suggest it doesn't get mentioned next Flyweek?

    Gets decluttered, in fact? ;)

Ds2 fell asleep on the sofa when i was running his bath. So i've put some Pj's on him and taken him up to bed. I'm so shattered i don't want to do anything except crawl into bed. It's Oh's fault he woke me up twice in the night ;). Ds1 has tshirts but no trousers so i'm going to have to do some ironing as well. I've just put the 2nd load in the wm.

    I need to

    Unpack
    Wm / Td
    Tidy kitchen
    Wash up
    S & S Kitchen
    Tidy living room
Take Ds1's sandwich out of the freezer & do his drink for tomorrow
    HHI at least
Make sure Ds1 has a bath ( lots of nagging required )
    Put rabbits to bed
    Bath myself
    Collapse in bed alone :D
