Morning all...just checking in...not a fab night's sleep but some sleep..I figure (like I think I said yesterday) sleep is KERFUNKED :eek:...but @ 1.30am having only had 3 hours sleep in 24 hours I have to say I was getting a little concerned :eek: not least cos Psych for camping land and I have crossed paths about 9 years ago and I lost
...so if sleep goes mega wonky on hols I'll be meeting him again and he better not give Dr. C a clinical hard time YOU HEAR ME ALISTAIR HAY? Dr. C has been really good to me and knows me...you've like seen me twice in 10 years....I rest my case ..
So yeah leg is looking good...it's better if I soak the dressing off in the bath - it bleeds less..
Today's agenda is simple...tidy flat and get some laundry done and write pack list...
Anyhow best skoot now and go for morning nap :rotfl: (been up since 5)..

Time for my Morning Exercise then off to Town.
