    Morning All

Dog walking for cakes sounds good in my books.

Erme when are you going camping? Hope you anchor the tent down tight if you have winds anything like we have here at the moment.

I guess you have long hair Erme to go to the hairdressers so infrequent?
I have short hair so go every 4weeks (including this afternoon) and I choose not to add up how much I spend over the year on it. Oh yikes, accidentally did the maths in my head whilst typing. Good job I have no intention of putting a SoA up anytime soon.

Numpty I will send you my new number (again) eventually.

'My' table didnt sell last night.

Geebee, think I'm might need early elevenses now I have seen your selection is already out. OJ and danish pastry for me then.:D

    Catch you later all.

My hair is down to my waist...it's over a year since I went to a salon....frugal living caused drastic action - self cut...so this cut will do me a few months/year.

So tired...disabled work advisor was good but was so tired didn't know what year and month it was:rotfl:.

Despite the tiredness better day than yesterday....

Finally freecycled my freezer only panic cos I phoned no.2 on list and they said they'd be straight over and the bookcase (full of books) was in the way  and I had no skirt on (handy would like that tee hee)..

    Very chesty..it has a name - chain smoking.... :p

    Phoned campsite....can't book....good job I get there early to get a pitch... (midday)....don't know what's worse - rain & wind or midgies....:P...

Freecycle re hair stuff should email thurs so will need to check email on hols :).... So that's good - didn't completely blow the cap off her spam tin in the wee hours...

    So yeah happy days...

    How's MIL Handy?

Only bit of really sad news = someone jumped off a local high bridge this am so hope it's naebody I know and all my mates are working on the land/on hols :P

Hi everyone - it's blowing a gale here but nice and sunny so warm

Went to car boot this morning (got 2 more tops for £1 each) and then into town. Hubbie got 2 pairs trousers for £2.25 & £3.99 and a dress shirt for £3.99. I got a pair of sandals and a pair of flip-flops for £12.98 (used £10 love2shop voucher so only £2.98 cash) plus a maxi dress for £4.99. Thank God for charity shops!!

We looked in at the auction and are thinking of going down there in the morning as we saw a couple of suitcases which would be handy as we only have the holdall types, and they are full of clothes so should be able to get our money back selling them which can't be bad

When we were in town, we treated ourselves to coffee and cake for hubbie and pot of tea for me - we haven't done that for a long time - normally it is a polystyrene cup of coffee/tea from the van for 50p each (a lot cheaper than £4.40 it cost today)

Oh and I called at vets with likkle Bess for her injections - £25 - she was a likkle angel and behave herself for a change

Wiggle Wiggle - where are you Allie?

    Evening All

:jmaybe all is not quite lost with my table, maybe found a courier who won't be too horrendous, keeping fingers crossed and trying not to get too hopeful.

3dogs your bargains put me to shame. I thought I had done well with a shirt for £19 today (from TKm) but then i see you probably get a whole outfit for less than that. And I don't think I could make the shirt into an entire outfit - its not long enough to be a dress and Tixy doesn't do dresses.

A friday and Swanfan is off to the pub  shock :rotfl:

Is your auction really local to you 3dogs? What is it classed as - a general auction or a baliffs auction or something (obv its not an antiques auction and they are the only sort I've ever been to). I don't know what to search for to find a local one to me.

Erme - no skirt not so good for answering the door :rotfl:Sounds like things are going okay at the moment - apart from the tiredness of course. Hope you get a good night's sleep tonight.

Numpty we have that weather here as well.
At this particular min its not raining, but might be by the time I submit this post.

    Evening everyone - it's Friday :j (just about:o)

Hope you have all had a good day. Weather here not been too bad but very windy and a few showers. Have been a bit naughty diet wise today - usually I just have a sandwich about 11 and a bit of salad in the evening or some soup but I'm still cooking normal dinners for the rest and today I couldn't resist the shepherds pie. I feel absolutely stuffed as it's a while since I ate such a stodgy meal - I feel guilty already and feel like I've put on about half a stone:eek:. That's why I like GB's cakes so much as they are calorie free and I can eat as many as I want:o. Oh well crispbread for me for the next couple of days to make up for it:(

Handy - sorry MIL has taken a downturn, why did they take her off the drip so soon? Best wishes to you all and hope she turns the corner soon.

3Dogs - I don't know how you find so many great bargains, it's fantastic. We have boot sales in London (obviously) but we can't get the sort of bargains you do, well not that I've noticed anyway but maybe I just don't look hard enough but then again I don't go to that many either:o.
I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D
