Afternoon All

Good race today I thought.

Anyone indecisive about tonight please cheer on Holland - as I have my money on them - literally!!
I'm not a big gambler at all but I bet on Holland winning before the tournament started so got not bad odds. I'll be financially up anyway by the end of the tournament but will win £125 if they win tonight!

I still have one free bet left to use which I might put on the game, but can't decide what to bet on, probably something odd like number of corners in the match rather than the result.

Hope everyone is well - I'm liking the dieting tips! Wasn't about yesterday as i went shopping then to visit a friend then crashed really early, probably as a result of having several nights of only around 2hrs sleep.

Looloo, hope the woofla is okay - do you think it might just be the warm weather that is bothering her? My girl doesn't like it hot at all.

Thanks :j. I could but the odds are a bit rubbish (4/7) I might, I know that would be the sensible thing to do, probably more sense than betting (for example) the ref will have to go off injured and be replaced (33-1) or that there will be no substitutions for the full 90mins (100-1)!:D

A combination of too hot weather, a very seized up painful neck, and 2 very early starts, so about 90mins sleep tuesday, 2hrs weds, 2hrs thurs and just over an hour friday!

Thanks Tixy - yep she is affected by the heat (and being a Jack she doesn't have a stop button!!) but I've been speaking with If and it is a little problem she has regularly with backside (not going into much detail) it happens normally about every 8 weeks but this time only been 3 weeks but she not been eating huge amounts because of the weather so that could be a bit of the problem......

I've booked her in for Tuesday

Have you been to a Physiotherapist for your neck? I had that once and suffered for ages......after Physio I was fine and wished I'd gone earlier!!:o

Go for the sensible option a free £10:j is better than a lost £100 and then trying to get it back:(
