    Hi everyone
Loving all the calorie-free food, this is definitely the place to be for the dieters on MSE:D:D

Fred's busy wandering around today, I see, need to tether him to the stickies today maybe?

It's blowing a gale here today, clouds scudding across the sky but still very humid, not good

Have a good day everyone, lots of sport to watch

Afternoon. Thanks for all the dieting tips, I'm glad I don't have to give up cheese!

I was going to go to the afternoon car boot today but realised last night I have far too much crap already.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Back from car boot with yet more clothes - you would think that clothes were my downfall, yet, before planning for this holiday, I can't remember the last time I bought clothes except the odd bit when I could no longer wear what I had due to losing weight. I hated clothes shopping 'cause of my size and, mainly, my shape (all my weight is around my hips/bum/thighs) and buying skirts/dresses as well - I haven't worn a skirt/dress for about 10 years!! You get to feel comfortable is certain clothes and wear them all the time, well I do anyway

Anyway, for £12 I got 2 skirts & 4 tops, 2 shirts and pair of shorts for hubbie, and brought a pair of red shoes home to try with my dress, as well as 2 more skirts and 2 more tops to try on at home. The lady who runs this stall is a friend so she lets us take anything home to try till the following week. I also got 2 t-shirts and a shirt for hubbie for £1.35, a skirt and 2 tops for £1 each. Got many more than I need for hols but a virtually new wardrobe for the summer

Oh and I got a big tray of strawberries (about 3 Kilos) for £1 !!! Sold them as jam strawberries but are fine for me - there was only 1 amongst them that I had to throw away

    I love car boots/markets!!!!!:j :j

Wow 3 Dogs you must have read my mind (I have just had a huge moan over on the NSD thread about my weight. I am def a yoyo dieter and you name it I've tried it. I think having the odd tipple is my downfall and I have cut down on the sweet and crisps. Tomorrow is my big day to start and really mean it!!
    xx

Good luck for tomorrow Sunny - the odd tipple isn't bad as long as it is spirits with diet mixers, but it's 'empty calories' in alcohol, no fibre & goodness (by goodness it's good though)

Well done Spoon and Swanfan for your weight losses in the past, and even more so for keeping it off - and thanks to those who gave their support to my losses

We're turning into a proper dieting thread at the moment - but at least it keeps Fred in his proper place :D;):D

Thanks 3 dogs - yep I used to drink Vodka and diet tonic need to go back to that if I fancy a drink, but a spell on the wagon will do me good.

Got to take my little Jack to see the nurse on Tuesday - she seems a bit under the weather (although did perk up when Mr Looloo showed her the lead and took her up the park with the Little Loos!!)
