This is quite possibly the most worrying thing I have ever read in my life, especially as I am now 3 months pregnant with my first so now am just imagining what's waiting for me in 6 months time. On another thread someone mentioned 3rd degree tearing, well that happened to me after DS1 then I had ds2 and i am now on no.4 baby. it has clearly not put me off:)Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

i just can't be coping with the thought of any form of 'tearing'. frightens the life out of me more than anything else.
**wondering if there is anything you can do to make the skin in those sensitive less prone to tearing.....leave me to my wondering thoughts if the answer is no **0 -

I tore when i had DD and she was only 6lb 11, midwife told me some people are more susceptible. DS1 was 8lb 12 1/2 hence the 3rd degree tear :eek:
