  • PM sent Moneypenny!

I can see that PSSO has had far more time on her hands than I will ever get....we
started that wavey blanket at the same time - hers is finished and looking gorgeous I am still on the very first 100grm ball and no where near even a quarter of the way up - DOH. I adore the colours on the orange/purple one is that Grannie Squares? See that's how great I am with the crochet.
Have a good one - we have showers today but the washing still needs to be done and I also have a couple of little sewing up projects so I had better scoot and get stuck into it.
Ye all have a great day

:hello: Wanted to add to the good wishes for PSSO, hope all goes well.

Ginny, I bought three balls of the WI yarn the DK one, the yellow (more ducks) and purple are lovely the green is horrid it must be the dye, it is thicker than the others and feels harsh :(

    Regards to all :)

Phew what a day we have had !!!

All the way to Bromsgrove this morning for a safety check on the car...and I forgot my hook and yarn I was planning to do another couple of "Little Yellow Ducks" but forgot to take my small craft bag....whatever is the matter with me ...

When we got back we had a call from the caravan site owner she'd had an offer for the van, we accepted, and the hand over is on Saturday morning so we have to go down and pack our stuff up.
Planning on going down early Thursday morning then we will come home as soon as the keys are handed over Saturday.

mrs-m - glad all went well at the Doc's
jean - you ok? you seem a bit quiet...or is it just lack of chocolate? ;)
chalky - how is the little chap coping it's not too long now until his cast comes off just a couple of week's isn't it? I loved the card he made for your birthday, bet that one goes in the memory box...
kathy - Yes it was good to see MrsTwins haven't managed to get together for while because we have both been really busy. Mom was a bit all over the place the other day and it made me wonder how your mom is.
ginny - hope your OH is feeling more settled now...your DGS sounds a real delight, he does the lovliest things
dibuzz - reading back I can see you will fit in here very well...we are all kid's in sweet shops when we 'find' stash :)

I've finished the bag of squares I was making up for SIBOL it was very different joining knitted ones they seem quite stretchy, crochet ones seem firmer

    Love Anne X

I have to agree with Mrs MP lovely stuff Pippa and the duck is so cute! Sorry you have sold your van, are you getting another? or his life got in the way?

Just come back from the docs for results of the blood pressure test - theres nothing wrong with my bp  all that to prove me right. She said I was right my headaches are through the arthirirtis in my neck. So she sent me off with a promise I would come back if I felt ill as she trusts my judgement.

Im going to sort my projects out to take on my holibobs tonight - goodness knows what I would do if I didnt get prepared :D

Anakat, you should take the rough ball of wool back, thats shame, I will check mine later.

Sending much love to all and hoping we all have a good week. xx
