Not sure about the hat - he`s quite taken with a snowman one just now
I think he got the idea as I got a few patterns from a friend at work and he`s been studying them.
We shall see..........................
Ooops, can`t get the graph linky to work, says the file is unavailable. Will try again tomorrow.
Finished the pixie hat and started another one tonight. Talk about obsessions:D
Have a boxful of stuff I`ve done since I took the last lot to Lou in May but never got around to doing an update. Would fill a whole page on here if I started now. Will have to get some photos done though as I like a reminder of what I`ve done and enjoyed -or not !

DD arrived safely back from spain on saturday so we took her out for a meal as her OH was taking longer to come home as he went on his motorbike not on the plane. lovely to see her back safe.
DS2 said it was dry but very windy up the peaks (he said he got blown over once) but he enjoyed it.

F1 i dont know what ive done with the mag with the one seams patterni n ive not forgotten im still searching for it - it WILL turn up.
working on an appliqued christmas stocking for a freind as well, it took me 2 hours on sunday to sort the threads and pieces and sew two shortish rows of beads and sequins on a rainbow 9DH thinks there is at least 100 hours stitching so it may not be ready for this christmas.
hope everyone has a lovely day with something in to make them smileSPC~12 ot 124

Hello everyone.. Yoga this morning so I am all chilled and relaxed... I am about as supple as a breeze block too but the "thinking, consideration and relaxation time" make it so valuable to me.
We leave to see our youngest daughter in Barcelona on Thursday morning so I have been packing up all my crafty bits and pieces and selecting a project for the homeward journey.
A little bit of a hat obsession has been going in here..... Including one for Dd2 for the winter. Tutorial for a simple pattern with a crochet stretch rib is on my blog.I have never made the rib in crochet before and it's brilliant.

Evening all ....
Mrs m - don't worry about the cardi pattern when you come across it next will be absolutely fine, I seem to have gone from cardigan obsession to hat obsession last weekxx
chalky - have a lovely time seeing DD2 xx
Talking of supple as a breeze block Im going to have to bite the bullet and speak to the Doc - my legs and back have been dreadful the last 4 weeks and he did say if I was good and managed the hysterical (yes that's how it came across if I was a good girl) he would refer me back to rheumatology (who don't like me as I would not entertain horrible drug they wanted to give me
) so we will see what he has to say I absolutely hate bothering the Doc I really do but am walking like Im 90 !
shaz - hugs to you hope you are feeling better soon xx
DOH and DS seem to be bickering over something so I had better sort them out oh and clear the kitchen as Im sure they will not have done it .... heaven forbid!
Hugs to all
oh by the way PSSO when you have done the hat for J would love to see it and also was only thinking the other day we haven't seen a pic of him for ages Im sure he has grown and is really cheeky! xxx oh and tell him I think a penquin is a fine present for Christmas I happen to think they are great and did ask a male colleague who was visiting zoo once to "pick up a penquin" for me ! whilst he was there xxDebt Diary: Im not going to be an Ostrich anymore -LBM - 16/1/12 /0 -
F1 - I would let you see a pic -if only I could remember how to do it !! :rotfl::rotfl:
It`s been so long since I did it, I`ve completely forgotten how. Must go and see if I can find destructions.
Hmm, maybe it will have to wait till tomorrow, going to have an earlyish night tonight.
See you tomorrow.Fully paid up member of S.A.B.L.E.

now you've said that it will probably turn up:rotfl:
thank you for the peter penguin pattern roaming, DS2 will love that if i get time to do him one.
working on a little baby cardi at the mo, realised after i started the wool has been rubbed against something it has a red/pink smudge on one end of the ball so its knitting up with little flecks of theat colour though it - not good and hopnig it washes out after ive finished, other concern was id seperated the pattern so did the back and started one front before realiseing the sleevwes were missing:eek: a rummage through another file of patterns revealed it so crisis averted.
hope all are well and everyone has a wonderful day
can i have good weather vibes again for the weekend please DS2 is on an overnight hike with the scouts. :eek:SPC~12 ot 124
