Hi, everyone.
Mrs Moneypenny - that's a shock about Lou. Do you think she will be closing down Loving Hands? I've not been able to get on there for a good couple of years now, despite trying. I know she is kept busy with her other project, which seems to be making gift packs, and hampers, and so on. She has a page on Facebook called Leave it to Lou.
You are very good to have a sewing session - that's the bit I dislike the most! I know what you mean about the postage. I save my things up and take them back to the UK when I visit. Postage has got very expensive in France this year.
I hope everyone is doing well and that the weather is not causing too many problems. We have had a very wet winter here this year. I shall be so glad when Spring gets here!

I don't think she will close the LH site down, it was a bit of a shock to me when I read she wasn't able to knit any more it was mentioned on the seasonal challenges, this is what was also written, not really sure what to make of it.
I will be making a few more announcements very soon with regards to Loving Hands, this forum and the future but for now I am here to put you all out of your suspense and let you know about the challenges to take you from today up to the 23rd of May xx
I wish her well whatever the future holds and I'll let you know if I find out any moreSPC~12 ot 124

Evening all.
Glad to hear Sam is able to be at home most of the time, keeps things a bit more normal for him.
Ginny, sorry to hear DH isn't so good. Lovely news about the addition to the family.
Mrs mp, thought I read somewhere on LH that it was the forum bit that is changing, not going to be freeforums and Pam is handing things over to someone else. Can read but not post for some reason........but maybe I've got it wrong.
Well, I'm a bit down in the dumps. The new job seems to be taking its toll on me. Had to go to the doctor yesterday and he's signed me off for a month at least.so will have to wait and see what happens next.
Very cold and windy so can't even go out for a walk in the sun, the angina would flare up before I went 100 yards.
I suppose it might be a good opportunity to sort out the stash again, don't know how it gets in such a muddle no one else goes near it.
Off to listen to a Stuart McBride audiobook for a while before bed. Might crochet a square or two as well, not in the mood for anything more taxing.

Mrs MP I am making chicks and eggs, elephants ( traditional easter :rotfl:) hens and have just finished a Hare called Hattie. There will be some pretty felt things too. Im just making what I feel like at the moment as I also have a craft fair booked for July so need lots of little stuff for that. I also bought some keyrings and have an idea for those.Clearing the junk to travel light
