They should at least state that its going to be a reconditioned one.

ive had reconditioned phone, dvd recorder and even my laptop is and tbh they have all been perfect.

sometimes its catalogues that get them returned unused or a slight fault.

it is as new.

but do agree its an odd thing to do for a comp.
