Spirit jb on the iPad is simples, plenty of video guides online. Then use cydia to drop on openSSH and you can access the whole system remotely. I added entries to the hosts file so the main advertising sites point to 127.0.0.1 to kill adds in Safari. I knew which ones to target by looking at my block list in Adblock in Firefox on my PC

theres stories about people losing every thing when upgrading the new os, happened to 2 friends:eek:0
