TFI Friday i feel shattered, just waiting for shopping to be delivered and then i'm getting in my pj's and going to sit and watch comic relief which always stops me feeling sorry for myself and that i am very fortunate and there are loads of people in the world a lot worse off than me.
Thankyou to o2bfree for the vouchers you are a star:D.
Have soup cooking in the slow cooker for tomorrows lunch, need to do some baking but think i will leave this for tommorrow.
Totally skint at the minute have £45 in bank account, £23 needs to go to post office CC on monday, £6 to kids clubs next week £7 for milkman and will probably need petrol as well by the end of next week, will have to make it stretch, DD daughter also has Pony club next Friday but will pay by cheque as it won't get banked for at least a week after (naughty i know).
This weekend is going to be a cheap one, visiting relatives tomorrow and then using paint that we had left over from doing hall way i'm going to paint dining room.0 -
Shattered here too Penny, just been discussing pocket money with DD, who was 8 the other week. I've opened an egg savings account in my name but it will be for her money, 2.5% interest was the best i could see other than Northern Rock which is branch only. So we've agreed on £8 per month and she's happy with £6 going to the a/c and £2 for her purse, i sooo want to get this right for them!!Weight: need to lose 71lbs - lost to date 0lbs

Caluclated if I did it from his 3rd birthday (next month) a monthly payment of ££s per age would be £1848 for his 19th birthday and if I paid ££s per age per week it would be £8,568!! Think I may have to talk to [STRIKE]DS[/STRIKE] DH (DS won't know what I'm on about :rotfl:) as that sounds goodLoan - [STRIKE]£6991.95[/STRIKE]£6180.01; Barclays Res - [STRIKE]£600[/STRIKE] £0 - £22 per week , NWB Grad O/D - [STRIKE]£1185[/STRIKE] £887.86 18.28% SWALEC - [STRIKE]£700[/STRIKE] £0 NPOWER [STRIKE]£220[/STRIKE] £0 Kays - [STRIKE]£591.28[/STRIKE] £0 TOTAL DEBT - [STRIKE]£10,288.23[/STRIKE] £7,000.01 31.96 % Paid off. Afternoon, hubby is glued to the rugby so thought i would have a mooch on here, DS is playing in the garden and DD is at her friends, so nice and peaceful.
Managed to get loads of washing done and 2 loads have been dried outside in the glorious sunshine so thats saving some pennies as the dryer isn't on, Guinea pigs are out in there run and munching happily on grass so free food for them:D.
Recieved my online shop last night and had ordered 2 blocks of cheddar cheese anyway when i unpacked the shopping there was 6 blocks checked reciept and only charged for 2, did think of ringing them and telling them about there mistake but then thought what the hell they over charge people all the time so was naughty and didn't say anything:o.
Baked some bread so far today, must bake some cakes as well for next weeks packed lunches.
Have a good weekend.0 -

Evening Pennywise,
Re Tesco I think theyve got dead expensive too. Plus if you do shop with Asda and you do that online price guarantee you might get a voucher back that way too. I did mine there last week and it was cheaper but also got a 57p off voucher for some reason. Better in my pocket than theirs and its cheaper too :j.
Sounds like youve had a nice chilled out day at Chez Penny!!! Weve had 2 loads dry on the line too god I love it when the weather gets nicer.
Woohoo to the free cheese. 6 blocks though what were they thinking!!!
Happy SaturdayMummytogirls x0 -
