Didn't manage a nsd yesterday, spent £5.46 in Tesco was my turn to by biccies for work and just couldn't be bothered to bake:(, think i'm lacking motivation as just keep thinking i could have no job come September.

Anyway on a brighter note sent £1.04 to barc card yesterday, was very good and made my packlunch when i did kids so did not buy lunch which i sometimes do on a friday as a treat. Postie brought me Rimmel foundation that i won ages ago and seems to have taken forever to arrive and recieved a £10 amazon voucher from doing surveys:D.

Today i need to do a proper shop in Tesco and have a voucher for £6 off £40 spend, don't really need to spend that much but think i will stock up on dried and tinned stuff, managed to do another survey this morning which gave enough points to order another £10 amazon voucher:).

Better go and write a shopping list.
  • Well i'm back from Tesco and total came to £52.57 but after vouchers came down to £34.80 so pleased with that, nipped into butchers to buy sausage as much nicer than supermarket and managed to get a kilo of cumberland sausage for £2.75, split it into 2 lots and frozen 1 lot the other lot will do tonights tea and breakkie in the morning, i love a bargain, so total spend today came to £37.55 and as i budgeted £40 going to send £2.45 off to B card.

Also when i got home postie had been and i've recieved a £10 asda voucher from doing surveys.
  • Also got another £6 off £40 voucher in Tesco, so will use that next week.

    Hi Pennywise

You do so well with surveys, money off vouchers etc - I need to get my backside into gear and try abit harder. Your Barclaycard balance looks like its getting a good hammering.

I noticed on Pollywoddles diary that your DH needs new tryes, heres a website I thought you might want to look at. My DH used it for his and it saved us about £300 - www.blackcircles.com

    Have a good day xx
  • Thanks choogirl will get hubby to have a look.
