This weeks meter readings have been done......
Gas £1.66:D
Electric £12.09:), this would have been less if it hadn't of rained all weekend as i wouldn't of needed to use tumble dryer and today it is bright sunshine and i'm at work all day so only one lot will get hung out to dry:mad:.
Right off to hang out washing and make pack ups.0 -
Hi Pennywise
It must be awful for you with all the uncertainty at the moment and it is really hard to stay motivated but they would be mad to let you go. You have drive and determination, a real Alpha female.
I'm sure that you won't be going down without a fight, take care xx0 -
Hi Pennywise, well done on coming in under budget on the grocery shop and sending the money to B card.

Have paid milkman today, he comes fortnightly to collect money but with the bank holidays hasn't been for 4 weeks so bill came to £16, postie brought me herbal essence shampoo/conditioner samples.
After putting washing out this morning in the glorious sunshine it decided to have torrential rain this afternoon and its still sat on the line soaking wet, will send hubby out for it when he gets in from work.

Yep its stretching a chicken to make several meals and tonight the last of its being used for chicken and pasta bake, managed to make 2 bakes, so ones been flung into the freezer to use next week.
Have withdrawn another £3 into paypal from mysurvey.
Postie brought me some sainsburys vouchers 4 x £10 off £50 spend, think i may just end up going over the grocery budget this month, but if i stock up at least i will spend less next month.
Things are still the same at work and starting to get annoyed that certain people i work with, but heyho i just keep plodding on and hopefully things will come right.0 -
I had no idea about "rubber chicken" either. I thought you had overcooked it!
:rotfl:
Big massive hugs for you pennywise - sorry you're feeling down. Just remember that everything will come out okay in the wash.
