Two reviews posted for a wedding on the 16th September. Would a bride and groom really post seperate reviews?0

Why indeed??? I would think you would only do that if you were somehow 'involved' with the Blazing Donkey!!! Also the first one said they researched it on the internet, had they researched a little more thoroughly they would never have gone to have a look ! :rotfl:
I do not look at TA anymore, I am trying to forget the whole affair and move on but that just goes to show what a farce the whole thing is.0 -
I saw those reviews and thought exactly the same. So many of the recent reviews seem to be so similar too.
It was interesting reading the article posted by ljonski. One way for establishments such as The Blazing Donkey to stop bad reviews is to actually take the feedback on board and give customers good service consistently. I think though TA has it's problems, the internet is obviously becoming a very powerful influencer and it's good to hear that it's having an effect on bad businesses like the blazing donkey.0 -
When you didn't think the owner of these restaurants behaviour couldn't get could get any worst... read this:

The one good thing that came out of it was that one of their four restaurants... Harveys of Ramsgate has now closed!0 -

That one was bad too wasn't it? It's unbelievable to think about the allegations that they said they would give money to charity but didn't... pleased to hear Harveys has closed though.0 -
I think it's unbelievable that they never seem to cook or heat up the food properly across all their restaurants! They must have the smallest gas bill of any restaurant in Kent. The man without a signature.0

Absolutely! Well it seems that they are trying to save money in lots of different ways doesn't it?0

Only just caught up with this thead Kentcouple. Thanks for that, I had not heard that Harveys had been closed down. Cannot say I am surprised and i am sure that at some point, the other establishments will follow.
I did not think the owner could stoop any lower but obviously, he has no morals at all. He will get his come-uppance one day. What goes around, comes around.0 -
Absolutely Beks.. word gets around and that's not the kind of publicity that you want to be creating!0
