The top few reviews on trip advisor are pretty poor - I would advise anyone who has had a bad experience with them to register on trip advisor and leave a review, as it's pretty much the first independent result in google.

Just to advise I had rooms cancelled by them to the tune of £330. Taking them to court. No word from Kent Trading Standards ....yet. Annoyed is not the word. Be aware that you will be told that the establishment has new owners (for the Dog Inn as well) - don't be fooled!0
